Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a form of therapy in which the client meets on a one-on-one basis with a therapist. I take an eclectic approach and strive to find the best approach to help clients’ adjust to circumstances, develop new skills and/or work on interpersonal problems.
I believe therapy is a mutual process, and one where I invite feedback and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. I believe in peoples’ inherent strengths and potential, and view it as an honor to help people navigate adversity, experience self-growth, and better their lives.
Family Therapy
Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling that can help family members improve communication, resolve conflicts, and improve relationships. I am passionate about helping parents and kids create a more meaningful and secure relationship.
Parenting and relationships come with complex challenges and new developmental stages. Family therapy is a process that can help bridge these differences and lead to greater collaboration and mutual support.
Coaching
Coaching is one of the most powerful tools to help people grow personally and professionally. Coaches help organizations, executives and everyday people naturally create positive change, develop new possibilities and define the steps to achieve these goals.
Coaching sessions provide a comprehensive examination of where you are now, what is holding you back, where you want to be, and how to get there. Coaching is different from counseling. Counseling is a process to help you cope with life’s difficulties. Coaching is about creating what you want. It is about becoming your best self and growing into a leader.
I work with young and middle age adults as a career/life coach. I help people with career planning and strategy, so they can get clear on the work that best fits their personality and desired lifestyle. I utilize formal career assessments and with in-depth coaching to partner with my clients and assist them in discovering their passion, purpose, and potential, and start doing work that matters to them.
